Main Items:

Chicken (thighs, breast, or tenders)  (Honey BBQ, Maple, Venezuelan style, or Breaded)

Carne guisada:  Classic flank steak sauteed with garlic, onion, green and red bell pepper, and marinated in worchester sauce.

Salmon- Asian touch:  Salmon cooked with a combination of honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper, and  classic seasoning (marinade with olive oil, adobo, garlic and onion powder)

Shrimp  Asian touch: Shrimp cooked with a combination of honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper, and  classic seasoning (marinade with olive oil, adobo, garlic and onion powder)

Tofu- Asian Touch: Tofu breaded in cornstarch and sauted in a sauce made of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, and sugar.

Side Items

Basmati rice cooked in one of the following ways:

  • My own style. Very things onion pieces, sate in butter, marinate with a little be of adobo.
  • Asian style: marinate with soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce.
  • Tropical: salt, pepper and coconut oil.

Plantains

Plantains are one of the most popular foods in the Venezuelan cuisine. There are innumerable ways to prepare this incredible vegetable.

  • Patacones:  Green plantains smashed, fried, and shaped like a patty.
  • Rayados:  Grated green plantains that are shaped together to look like a tortilla
  • Tajadas : Yellow plantains sliced thin and fried-a sweeter flavor than green plantains
  • Buñuelos: Mashed, boiled yellow plantains stuffed with cheese and cane sugar
